Being responsible for a small fleet of vehicles i can only say that the service offered by Autotec is second to none. KNOWLEDGE- Unrivalled..there are literally hundreds of years of combined knowledge within the workforce and they are not afraid to use it to remedy some of the more technical issues that we throw at them COST- being the does not make you a better option. Being good value for money does though. Using the knowledge mentioned above the guys often fix complicated issues much faster than the back street guys who charge less per hour but 4 of their hours chasing a problem may often equate to 1 hour of autotecs time as they have the understanding and ability to diagnose and repair quicker so in the long run you pay less. Investment in diagnostic equipment and tooling comes at a cost so this cost must be recouped. CUSTOMER SERVICE-I am not looking for a garage to give me a hug..its a business so if you are easy to make contact with, that gives me regular updates, a price that doesn't fluctuate and a realistic expectation of completion then I am more than happy. (but I rekon if you ask for a hug you would get one) EFFICIENCY - The vehicles that i submit for repair are critical to our situation and as such we cannot have un necessary down time - the team at Autotec will always try and work with us to do a cursory inspection, check availability, lead times and repair times, then and only then do we create a plan that sees the vehicle off the road for as short a time as possible. Often the repair or replacement part is fitted on a while you wait basis. OVERALL- Absolute no need to look elsewhere, a god honest place to do business with and we will continue to do so for many years to come. keep up what you are doing and customers will return over and over again.
